As an SDR at Everfit, you’ll be the first touchpoint between our brand and thousands of coaches and training businesses around the world. You’ll connect with coaches and businesses to help them take the next step with Everfit.
This role is more than outreach—it’s about making real human connections, asking the right questions, and helping passionate fitness professionals discover tools that unlock their full potential. You’ll be expected to adopt and creatively apply AI tools in your daily workflow to improve outreach, streamline processes, and drive better results.
Take discovery calls and product demos with fitness professionals and businesses to understand their goals, uncover their challenges, and showcase how Everfit can be the right solution for their coaching needs
Qualify and Convert Leads: Identify the right coaches and training businesses, evaluate fit, and guide them through the decision-making process to become Everfit customers
Create personalised outreach and follow-ups with strong storytelling and value-based communication, supported by AI when helpful
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Manage and Organise Your Pipeline: Use Salesforce and other platforms to stay on top of leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics
Leverage AI and performance insights to brainstorm, test, and improve messaging and workflow strategies over time
Passionate About Fitness & Tech: You believe in what we’re building and want to help coaches make a bigger impact
Comfortable with AI: You enjoy testing and applying AI tools to improve performance and are open to evolving how you work with new technology
2+ years in sales, customer success, or business development—ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
~ Previous exposure to CRM systems (like Salesforce), AI tools, and outreach platforms
~ Understanding of outbound and inbound sales strategies
