Role Description
This is a full-time, on site role for an Aftercare Manager. The Aftercare Manager will be responsible for overseeing the post-installation service and support for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, coordinating with installation teams, handling service issues, and ensuring swift resolution of any post-installation problems. The role also involves continuous improvement of aftercare processes and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
* Customer service and problem-solving skills
* Experience in managing aftercare services and coordinating with installation teams
* Experience in the windows/doors/conservatories industry is essential
* Technical knowledge of conservatory roofing systems is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
