We are looking for a mid-level Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our commercial and technical teams. This role will lead technical pre-sales activities, shape customer solutions, and support the sales cycle from initial engagement through to solution design and handover to delivery. You will work closely with the Business Development Director, engineering teams, and product leadership to translate customer requirements into compelling technical proposals and scalable robotics solutions. About the job: Prepare, coordinate and deliver high-impact technical presentations and live demonstrations (on-site and at events). Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop solution proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and successful project handover. Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, product pricing and technical documentation. Provide feedback from demonstrations and customers to inform bugs and features for product development. About the candidate : 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical pre-sales role (preferably in robotics, automation, or related deep-tech industries). Strong understanding of robotics systems, automation technologies, or industrial solutions. Proven experience engaging with enterprise or industrial customers in a customer-facing technical role. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Commercial awareness and ability to support deal strategy and closing processes. Strong analytical skills and ability to design solution architectures. Experience with CRM systems and sales documentation tools. Fluency in English. Nice to Have: Experience in teleoperation, VR, AI-driven robotics, or industrial automation. Background in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field). Experience supporting international customers across EMEA.
