We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are passionate about promoting independence and enabling people to live their best lives. We have opportunities throughout
Greater Manchester including Stockport, Rochdale, Oldham and Salford.
Working within residential, respite, community and supported living settings you will support Adults facing challenges related to living with Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Behavioural difficulties. Shifts can be Days, Nights and Sleep Shifts to assist with 24 hour support.

About You

a minimum of 12 months experience within Adult or Childrens support settings excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to build rapport and establish strong therapeutic relationships experience of individual support planning Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
