About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our Bras N Things team at Orana Mall. This is a part-time position at 35.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
1. Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve team budgets and KPIs.
2. Plan for team succession to support their career progression.
3. Execute in-store Visual Merchandising and make commercial decisions using your discretion.
4. Understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Coach team members and provide on-the-spot feedback.
