Description
* Manage and respond to a variety of enquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Develop and maintain a streamlined enquiry management process.
* Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency team to ensure effective communication strategies.
* Utilise data to analyse enquiry trends and suggest improvements.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on enquiry progress and outcomes.
* Ensure all enquiries are handled in compliance with organisational standards and policies.
* Support the development of resources and tools to improve enquiry handling.
* Assist in training team members on best practices for enquiry management.
Profile
A successful Enquiry Management Officer should have:
* Relevant experience in handling and managing enquiries within a professional setting.
* Welsh speaking
* A strong understanding of communication strategies within the Not For Profit industry.
