A leading global insurance broker specialising in reinsurance solutions, with a strong focus on International Aviation Insurance.
As a Client Service Technician you’ll play a critical role in supporting our International Aviation Insurance business. You will:
* Handle multi-disciplined technical processing, including premiums, pro rata, and excess of loss claims, specifically within the aviation insurance market.
* Provide broker support, including debroking, risk sign-down, and account statistics management.
* Manage complex claims from initial notice to final settlement, working closely with aviation insurers and stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues across the aviation insurance sector.
* Actively participate in client and reinsurer meetings, ensuring exceptional service delivery tailored to the aviation market.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
1. Proven experience in reinsurance client services, particularly in International Aviation Insurance.
2. In-depth technical knowledge of Lloyd’s and/or Company Reinsurance Market, with a focus on aviation risks.
3. Expertise in handling premiums, claims, and broker support processes.
