Our Restaurants Product and Brand team is recruiting a Drinks Commercial Analyst to shape our drinks strategy across 1,200 hotels and restaurants, supporting our growth in the food and beverage sector. Reporting to the Bar Platform and Development Manager, you will collaborate with commercial, finance, marketing, and product development teams to analyze data, trends, and performance to optimize our product offerings. Develop and implement drinks pricing strategies, understanding market positioning and industry trends. Measure and optimize pricing strategies to meet sales and value objectives. Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and manage risks. Support menu and range decisions with data analysis to meet KPIs. Work with the implementation team to analyze market and guest insights for growth opportunities. What We Need
Experience in an analyst role within drinks or retail merchandising, pricing, or range planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements. Excellent communication skills to influence internal stakeholders. Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of managing changing priorities. Join Our Commercial Team
