This is an exciting opportunity for an SEO specialist who is curious and inquisitive about AI and GEO. Responsibilities
In this client-facing, strategic role, you’ll go beyond traditional SEO deliverables. You’ll build long-term SEO and AEO strategies, optimise for Google AI Overviews and chatbots, and help clients stay competitive in an evolving search landscape. You’ll also be tasked with improving conversion outcomes and delivering integrated SEO, AEO, and CRO recommendations. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, from travel and finance to hospitality and sports.

Skills and Experience
* 4-5 years’ experience in an SEO role, ideally with exposure to AI search
* Strong technical SEO knowledge including site audits, optimisation, and migrations
* Skilled in keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO content planning
* Ability to investigate and resolve ranking drops and implement recovery strategies
* Excellent understanding of the interplay between SEO, PPC, and CRO
Salary and working pattern
Salary up to £45k depending on experience. In terms of working pattern, you’ll be required in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days a week WFH. The agency has a collaborative culture with many team members choosing to work in the office more often.
