Role: Administration Assistant
Location: Dudley
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (24 hours minimum) - Must be Flexible
Hourly Rate: £12.21+ DOE
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator for our client a well-established lifting gear supplier in the Dudley area. The company have a strong reputation for reliability, product expertise, and exceptional customer services.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior administration experience who is looking for a supportive and flexible working environment. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the companies operations, helping with day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
2. Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records.
3. Supporting other staff members and covering reception when needed.
4. Flexibility to cover additional hours for holiday and sickness cover.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Experience with Sage software is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided on our products and systems
7. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
8. Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed.
Successful candidates will have:

Working Hours:
13. Part-time hours (to be agreed!)
14. Early Friday Finish guaranteed - close at 2pm!
