Customer Service Executive
Location: Northampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £25,-£26,

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting both B2B and B2C operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders from B2B and B2C customers with accuracy and efficiency
* Generate and dispatch invoices for B2B clients
* Handle returns and refunds across both customer segments
* Liaise with internal teams, including Accounts, to support credit control and new account setup
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and website
* Create and maintain reports for the Sales Team
* Coordinate event order logistics with internal teams and our 3PL to ensure timely delivery of samples
* Perform general office duties such as filing and administrative support
* Provide cover for colleagues during absences and assist with staff training when required
* Maintain regular communication with our outsourced warehouse regarding order status, packing, and other logistics
Knowledge & Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Familiarity with finance and management software SAGE desirable but not essential

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident liaising across all levels of the organisation
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in PC usage and general office software
