ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar PV Designer to join our fast-growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the designand optimisation of commercial and industrial solar PV systems, including battery storage integration. You will work closely with project managers, installation teams, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient solar energy solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Calculate energy production estimates based on site conditions and system specifications.
3. Select appropriate solar panels,inverters, mounting systems,and other components.
4. Review and approve our business development team’s designs, schematics, and layouts, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
5. Ensure compatibility and efficiency of all system components
6. Conduct site feasibility studies and shading analysis.
7. Ensure compliance with UK regulations, includingG99/G100 and MCS standards.
