A leading financial institution is seeking Technology Specialist to help design and deliver cutting-edge digital products. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product development, and creative innovation, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn bold ideas into working solutions.
This is a hands-on role for a senior technologist who can architect, prototype, and deliver innovative products independently.
The Role
You will work across product, engineering, and business teams to rapidly prototype and deliver new technology solutions. The position requires someone who can visualise concepts, design architectures, and build functional products quickly.
You will operate as a self-starting technical leader, capable of working autonomously and engaging senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Rapidly prototype new digital products and technical solutions
* Translate ideas and concepts into working prototypes and production-ready solutions
* Engage senior stakeholders and help shape innovation initiatives
* Build and deploy applications across front-end, back-end, and cloud platforms
* Work closely with product and design teams to develop user-focused experiences
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong full-stack engineering background
* Experience with GCP, cloud architecture, and Kubernetes (K8s)
* Programming in JavaScript, Python, or Java
* Experience building digital products from concept through delivery
* Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI technologies
* Understanding of UX/UI design principles
