People & talent operations specialist

London
elasticStage
Operations specialist
€50,000 a year
Posted: 30 April
Offer description

We are seeking a People & Talent Operations Specialist to help us redefine the music industry. We've invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost. We partner with leading record labels, streaming services, digital providers, distributors, and iconic global artists to build a global solution for physical media, but most importantly, we give small and emerging artists frictionless access to offer vinyl and CDs to their fans through our innovative solution and planned production/fulfilment centres in Europe, the USA, and Asia.

The vinyl market has grown over 20% yearly for the last 16 years, and CDs are growing again for the first time in two decades. By 2030, there will be nearly 200 million music creators worldwide (with AI accelerating this even further). Most would love to have their music on vinyl or CD for friends, family, and fans. Many would happily buy a record for around $30 if it's accessible without high costs or minimums, which our scalable on-demand tech makes possible. elasticStage delivers easy, affordable access to this booming opportunity.

We’re looking for a People & Talent Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the People function and help build a structured, scalable employee experience as the company grows.

Working closely with the Head of People & Talent, you will help ensure that our people processes run smoothly across hiring, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.

You will play a key role in keeping the People function running efficiently while helping improve the employee experience across both sites.

* Ensure HR documentation and employee files are organised and up to date.

* Support the administration and optimization of HRIS (BambooHR preferred) and ATS systems.
* Maintain accurate HR data and reporting across employee lifecycle events.
* Produce basic HR reports (headcount tracking, hiring activity, onboarding progress).

Onboarding & Employee Experience

* Coordinate onboarding processes in partnership with the Head of People and hiring managers.
* Ensure new hires have a smooth start, including onboarding schedules, documentation, and system access.
* Help maintain and improve onboarding processes to ensure consistency across both sites.
* Support a structured onboarding experience that drives early engagement and productivity.

Requirements

* 3-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR administration.
* Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working with HR systems such as BambooHR or other HRIS platforms.
* Experience supporting onboarding or employee lifecycle processes.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with HR systems, documentation, and employee data.
* Process‑oriented and interested in improving operational efficiency.
* Curious about new tools, including AI solutions, that can improve HR operations.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Nice to Have

* Experience in a high‑growth startup (50 → 150+ employees).
* Experience implementing new HR systems.
