About the Role
Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever‑evolving consumer base. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving high standards of service, brand presentation, and customer experience. The role requires a person who is passionate about delivering excellent service, adapts quickly, and embodies the values of the business.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Acting as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
* Being a brand ambassador and demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
* Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
* Assisting customers with outfit building and making product recommendations.
* Assessing customers’ needs and providing information on product features.
* Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve performance.
* Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance and organization are upheld.
About You
* Previous track record in hospitality or retail.
* Effective communicator who collaborates to win.
* Inspirational and trustworthy, recognizing and celebrating the contributions of others.
* Adaptable and quick to learn.
* Acts with purpose and shows a clear presence on the shop floor.
* Takes ownership and makes informed in‑store decisions.
