You'll support adults with various needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health. You'll help them flourish in a place they call home and empower them to be ambitious and live fulfilling lives. Your support will be high-quality and tailored to individual needs.
Activities include cooking, art, listening to music, and outings like movie nights and food trips. You'll provide personal care, including support with continence, health, medication, handling personal possessions, finances, documents, shopping, and maintaining personal and environmental hygiene.
You will follow our procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
Essential requirements
* Good general education
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
* Willingness to undertake training and development
Desirable qualifications and experience
* RQF Level 2 or above in social care
* Previous experience in a social care setting
* Knowledge and commitment to Equal Opportunities
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks
* Confident IT skills
