We are working with a client who are looking for a hands-on Digital Workplace Support Team Lead to take charge of their end-user IT support function. You'll manage a talented team that keeps the people connected, productive, and supported.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and inspiring a Digital Workplace Support Team to deliver an exceptional end-user experience.
* Making sure laptops, mobiles, collaboration tools, and meeting room tech all just work when people need them.
* Driving upgrades, patching, and improvements across desktop and device management platforms.
* Partnering with Service Desk and wider Tech teams to boost first-time fix rates and streamline processes.
* Rolling up your sleeves to provide technical expertise when it matters most.
* Training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge to build a stronger, smarter team.
Experience:
* Experience leading a desktop or digital workplace support team.
* Great communication skills-able to explain technical stuff in plain English.
* Strong background in Windows 10/11, Office 365, networking, and hardware support.
* Bonus points for Mac OS, Apple devices, AV systems, and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
* Knowledge of patching tools (SCCM, JAMF, VMware) and ITIL practices.
