We are seeking a physiotherapist to join our dedicated Therapies Team for a 12‐month maternity cover contract, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services as an autonomous practitioner within a historic and vibrant community.

The Role
As Physiotherapist, you will:
* Provide a high-quality physiotherapy service to Chelsea Pensioners as an independent practitioner
* Manage your own caseload within your specialist area
* Deliver comprehensive physical assessments, exercise programmes, and functional rehabilitation
* Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to plan patient-centred care pathways
* Support continuous improvement, clinical governance and service development
* Advise on clinical risk, specialist interventions, and care planning at MDT meetings
* Help promote health, wellbeing and independence among the Pensioner community

What We Are Looking For
Essential:
* HCPC registered Physiotherapist
* Strong clinical skills and evidence-based practice
* Experience supporting individuals with MSK conditions, physical impairments or functional limitations
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
* Experience working in a similar setting or within an elderly community in the UK
* Excellent communication, assessment and organisational skills
* Commitment to high standards of professional conduct
* Enthusiasm, compassion and the ability to motivate older adults.
* As a must exceptional record keeping skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in rehabilitation for older adults or those with chronic conditions
* Knowledge of NHS and local authority pathways
* Experience contributing to service evaluation or improvement initiatives
