At Recruit 121, we’re offering a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our specialist SAP recruitment team as SAP Resourcer. You don’t need a background in recruitment or SAP – just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be trained and supported by experienced team members as you:
* Learn how to identify and engage German-speaking SAP professionals across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
* Build relationships with candidates and understand what motivates them
* Match candidates with exciting freelance opportunities in some of Europe’s leading businesses
* Support the sales team with high-quality candidate profiles and insights
* Develop your own candidate network and become a trusted expert in your field
What We’re Looking For:
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
* Fluent German and English speaker (spoken and written)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
* Interest in building a career in recruitment or talent sourcing
