Shift patters: Any 5 in 7 (includes weekend working). Fixed PM shift: 15:00-23:00 (3pm-11pm).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Build and develop the team - you'll have a team of 20 reporting into you working across various tasks in the warehouse from picking, tipping, loading, decanting and more.
* Meet and exceed - you'll make sure the operation is meeting service levels and KPIs and want to work to improve them.
* Encompass a curious and positive attitude - get involved with automation projects on site, you'll want to do your best everyday.
* Give people and team leadership - from 1-2-1's, managing holiday/absence, and performance reviews.

* Are a great listener - You tune in, pick up on detail, and respond with care.
* Can demonstrate they're easy to talk to - Friendly, open, and ready to help - whether it's a teammate or a customer.
* Are warehouse savvy - You know your way around a busy floor and keep things moving safely and smoothly across all areas.
* Are skilled at using computers and basic software like email, spreadsheets, and databases.
