As we enter an exciting new phase of strategic development and growth, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Sales & Marketing to join our senior leadership team and drive our commercial strategy forward. The Opportunity This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach. You’ll lead and inspire a growing sales and marketing team, developing integrated campaigns, commercial plans, and customer engagement strategies that accelerate growth and strengthen our brand across both digital and technical channels. You’ll shape how we attract, convert, and retain customers by balancing data-driven insight with creative commercial thinking, and play a central role in influencing how we position and grow Magnet Expert. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales and marketing teams, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Build and deliver a cohesive commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets. Drive digital marketing and eCommerce performance, while supporting field sales in technical, consultative selling. Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities. Oversee brand development and ensure a consistent voice and customer experience across all channels. Translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs and track performance against commercial objectives. Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team on pricing, forecasting, and long-term growth planning. Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with key customers and partners. About You You’re commercially astute, creative, and results-driven and of course, a strategic thinker who’s not afraid to be hands-on. You’ll bring: Proven experience leading sales and marketing functions in a growing business, ideally with both eCommerce and B2B technical sales experience. A track record of developing high-performing teams and delivering sustained revenue growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and data-driven decision making. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills. A balance of strategic oversight and practical execution. someone who leads by example and delivers results.
