Registered Service Manager Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs Location: West Mersea Salary: £38,000 £40,000 per annum discretionary bonus We are delighted to be supporting our client, a highly regarded provider of specialist care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, in their search for an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a well-established residential service in West Mersea. The Role As Registered Service Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care. Enable individuals to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals with the right balance of support and independence. Ensure the well-being, development, and engagement of your team, providing them with the tools and opportunities to succeed. Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the service in line with CQC standards. Manage budgets, financial performance, and resources effectively. Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across the service. This role requires CQC registration. About You To succeed, youll bring: Significant experience working with people with learning disabilities or complex behaviours. Experience as a Deputy Manager, ready for the next step, or as an existing Service Manager seeking a new challenge. A minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (support available for progression to Level 4/5). RNLD/RMN desirable. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
