Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division. We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

Hours: Wednesday to Friday & Sunday 12:00-22:00

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Logistics Team at Allied Bakeries!
As Despatch Operative, it is your responsibility to ensure our orders are despatched in an accurate and timely manner with minimum damage whilst maintaining a safety‑first approach. You’ll achieve this through product receipt, loading and unloading of vehicles, order picking, and product allocation.
The Right Person
* Experience in a warehouse environment, preferably FMCG, with high standards, good attention to detail and a willingness to work to rigorous procedures.
* Experience with FLT (Essential). External FLT licenses (desirable).
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills, as well as computer literate.
* Conscientious and flexible in your approach to work, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Must have a strong customer and quality focus.
