THE EMPLOYER IS: BALLYCASTLE CLIMBING FRAMES Assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling and client communication for active projects. Learn how to manage digital systems, support project coordination and maintain accurate records in a busy and friendly office environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams.
* Schedule meetings, deliveries and site visits as directed.
* Maintain and update project documentation.
* Prepare reports, invoices and quotations under supervision.
* Assist with client communications via phone, email and social media.
* Support the coordination of active projects by tracking progress and updates.
* Ensure a tidy, organised and efficient office environment.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Ability to multi-task.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Good basic computer skills such as typing.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
