Your role
As a Cyber Security Consultant, you’ll work as a trusted authority, delivering secure solutions and provide a security consulting capability to our clients. You’ll also have opportunities to get involved in the full range of pre- and post- sales security consulting activities across one or more of the following areas:
* Risk assessment and risk management
* Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
* Data management and storage (for instance, Data Loss Prevention or Rights Management)
* Audit event recording and analysis
* Cloud or network security, securing mobile data and devices
* Secure applications – architecture, software development, testing varying forms of compliance
Your skills and experience
You will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team bringing and have tangible experience in one or more of the following:
* Implementing secure solutions, experience of secure by design.
* Experience of designing and implementing zero trust solutions, experience of designing Sentinel solutions.
* Delivering consulting services or applying business development skills specifically in relation to security.
* Balancing security risk against other requirements like usability, agility, cost.
* Designing secure solutions or devising business cases or roadmaps for security improvements or transformation and roadmaps.
Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) Clearance
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
