Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all legal documents related to property transactions are handled efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish, including drafting contracts and conducting property searches.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
* Prepare and review legal documentation related to property sales and purchases.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the conveyancing process.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
* Provide clients with updates on their case status and address any queries they may have.
* Utilise IT systems for document management and communication purposes.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in IT, including experience with conveyancing software and general office applications.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
* Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Previous experience in conveyancing or a related field is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
