About the Role
Bringing enthusiasm and experience in the symbiosis between analogue and digital explorations of design at various scales, you will lead on the development and delivery of teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate modules. You will create cutting‑edge teaching materials and assessments, and contribute to curriculum development. An ARB/RIBA registered architect is expected to lead professional practice activities, including demonstrations and opportunities for industry visits, placements and apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
* Create innovative teaching materials and assessments across modules.
* Lead on practical and professional practice‑based activities such as demonstrations and curriculum‑enhancing projects.
* Build industry partnerships, short courses, networking and market opportunities for the School of Architecture.
* Contribute to external networks, enhance student recruitment, and establish placement and project opportunities.
* Maintain active links with industry, professional bodies and practice to remain a leading practitioner.
Qualifications and Requirements
* ARB/RIBA registered architect.
* Experience in design practice and computer‑aided design tools such as Rhino and digital fabrication.
* Demonstrated ability to develop teaching, curriculum and assessment materials.
* Strong communication and representation skills.
