Salary: £48,000 - 50,400 per year Requirements: Active SC clearance required Good knowledge and experience of PMO Roles and Responsibilities Good knowledge and experience of Change Management Experience in delivering projects Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders Responsibilities: Serve as an escalation point for team members, providing guidance and direction Set up or work within existing governance structures for various project management disciplines Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project reporting deadlines are met Maintain and update project documents accurately in relevant folders Provide reports to support project management processes Create and own the project RAID log Manage project-related trackers for reporting to stakeholders Follow up on action logs with project team members where appropriate Provide accurate commercial forecasting using designated tools Track and monitor the progress and quality of work performed by the project team Utilize project scheduling tools to create and monitor project plans, work hours, and budgets Keep the Project Manager informed about project status and issues Participate in Gateway reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve future project delivery Technologies: Support Project Manager More: We are looking for a PMO Professional to join our team for an initial 6-month engagement with potential extensions in Birmingham or London.
