What is the job role?
This role will be based within the Professional Support Service Quality Assurance Team (Administration) and will support complex meetings such as Child Protection Conferences and Adults Safeguarding meetings. The focus is on ensuring a smooth process before, during, and after meetings, including producing comprehensive electronic outcomes and minutes in accordance with legislative requirements, providing a positive experience for children and families.
You will work closely with the Conference Meeting Chair to complete post-conference tasks, such as distributing outcomes and recording them on the in-house case management system.
The role supports service improvement and Ofsted priorities across Children’s Services, contributing to the goal of improving lives of Children, Families, and Young People.
Note: All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK, and the role does not sponsor visas. Applicants on limited visas must have at least two years remaining. The post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and requires a satisfactory DBS check.
