Role
* Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care, social support, and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
* Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish.”
* Working within a committed team member.
* Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Supervising, guiding, and supporting a group of care assistants.
* Assisting in the planning and monitoring of resident care.
* Assisting with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme.
* Performing any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.
What Makes a Successful Candidate
* Must have previous senior care experience.
* NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care obtained.
* Enthusiastic about providing care.
* Great values and compassion for supporting people.
* Can work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Can follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
* Engages well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences.

* Hourly rate: £13.07 per hour.
