<p>North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to support individuals accessing the Ascend service. In this role, youll conduct patient-centred interviews, assess risk, and provide evidence-based psychological treatments to clients aged 16 and above.</p><p>Youll be focused on delivering both individual and group sessions, while working within an integrated service framework.
