An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to join the 4* Bull Hotel Peterborough. The Bull Hotel has 118 luxurious bedrooms, extensive meeting and event facilities, a 100 seater brasserie restaurant and coffee shop.
As a Night Porter you will be performing this critical role during the night time hours, when service is just as important. You will be calm and responsible and will be on the front line, ensuring standards are maintained at all times. Report to the night Manager who will provide you with the knowledge to complete your job role efficiently.
The Role:
· Enforce the hotels high standards in all areas.
· Provide security of guests and property through the night.
· Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
· Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit.
· Welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, help with luggage.
· Check accommodation, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly.
· General cleaning of public areas.
· Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures.
· Remain current and all up to date with regards to new procedures and training.
· Set up meeting/ function rooms to the highest standard.

This is a Full Time or Part Time Position, Working 3/5 days out of 7 (including weekends). Hours of work are 10.30pm to 7.00am.
