I'm working with a highly regarded conveyancing firm in Didsbury, Manchester, seeking a confident and proactive Junior Conveyancer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with conveyancing admin experience who's ready to step into a more hands-on role. You'll support and manage a range of tasks across the full transaction lifecycle, including:
Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, and lenders
Handling gifted deposits, Help to Buy ISAs, and equity loans
Drafting contracts, raising and responding to enquiries
Reviewing titles, searches, and mortgage offers
Preparing reports, completion statements, and SDLT returns
Managing exchange and post-completion work
What we're looking for:
Experience in conveyancing admin or support
Strong communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with case management systems (preferred)
A client-focused, detail-oriented approach
