The Role
* Procurement & Contracts Senior Associate
* Highly competitive salary
* Advising primarily public sector clients on procurement law and commercial contracts
* Work under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Procurement Act 2023, Procurement Regulations 2024 and the Provider Selection Regime
* Advising on project structuring and procurement strategy
* Managing end‑to‑end procurement processes from market engagement through to award and contract management
* Drafting procurement documentation and advising on evaluation, moderation and risk management
* Drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, including services and goods contracts, frameworks, call‑offs, concession and collaboration agreements
* Advising on contract interpretation, variations, waivers and compliance with procurement legislation
* Working closely with specialist procurement litigation colleagues where required
The Candidate
* Ideally 5+ years' PQE in procurement and commercial law
* Strong technical expertise in public procurement
* Confident managing client relationships
* Comfortable taking responsibility for complex matters
* Strong organisational and time‑management skillsInterested in business development and practice growth
* Collaborative, proactive and detail‑oriented
* Keen to develop leadership skills within a high‑performing team
