ABOUT THE ROLE
About the role:
The responsibilities of the CDM Consultant includes:
1. Offering guidance on health and safety aspects throughout the design and planning phases of every project
2. Informing clients about their obligations under the CDM regulations during the pre-construction phase
3. Serving as the primary contact for all health and safety-related information
4. Evaluating all design proposals concerning health and safety
5. Mitigating and managing potential risks through effective communication with designers
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements for the CDM Consultant:
6. NEBOSH general/construction certificate Diploma
7. Tech IOSH, Grad IOSH or CMIOSH member
