Salary: £25,120 per annum. Start Date: 5th January 2026. Site: Sky, 1 MacIntosh Rd, Livingston EH54 7BW. Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (working 4 or 5 days between 8:30am – 8pm, including evenings and weekends).
In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced call centre, handling inbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky. You’ll actively listen to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and appreciated.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription.
* Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address concerns, and offer the most suitable package.
* Operate in a target-based environment.
* Work 37.5 hours per week across Mon–Sun with varied shift patterns; your set shift will be allocated at offer stage and preferences considered where possible. When customers need us most, you may work up to 5 extra hours per week (max 10 times per year) and bank this time for extra time off.
Training and Development
Sky provides a comprehensive training program to prepare new starters for their role. It includes a 7-week program beginning with classroom sessions, followed by time in the Academy handling live customer calls under guidance. Training and Academy sessions are conducted entirely in the office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Holidays are not recommended during this period.
