Working 5 days out of 7
Shift rota within:
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Rota pattern:
5-week rotation
Includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per cycle (not on the same weekend)

You will be part of a busy customer service team, delivering a high level of support to customers.
Customer Service
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
2. Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
3. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
4. Log customer interactions accurately on the system (CRM)
5. Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
6. Carry out basic troubleshooting where required
7. Work closely with other teams to resolve issues
