What we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who hold an RTPI-accredited degree or a similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning or Built Environment.
Qualifications and skills
* A logical and analytical approach
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and think creatively
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning is advantageous but not essential as you’ll learn on the job through the Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work with the Planning team to deliver planning consultancy services on a range of projects and schemes. You’ll assist with preparing, submitting and negotiating planning applications and statements, supporting public consultations and site visits, and providing professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies. You will gain experience across sectors and clients to support your development.
