As the Senior Manager, Co-brand EU, you will be responsible for overseeing the co-brand product and partnership management for existing Hilton Honors co‑brand cards in Germany, Austria and the UK and advance business development in new markets. You will partner with internal and external partners to deliver a plan designed to drive awareness and consideration of the card portfolios, acquire new cardholders, as well as build loyalty and engagement among the existing cardholder base. You will also be responsible for the commercial performance of the portfolio, including managing the product P&L, annual forecasting and optimizing revenue drivers accordingly. On the International Co‑Brand Team this position reports to Director Co‑brand (Europe), and is based in Watford, UK.
Responsibilities
* Identify and prioritize cardholder acquisition, engagement & retention activities and offers, including business opportunity sizing, anticipated return on investment, and resource scoping
* Utilise data and findings to identify high‑value prospects for acquisition and identify opportunity to grow engagement of existing members
* Own the identification, development and scaling of new channels for acquisition and engagement, particularly across the Hilton eco‑system, digitally & on property
* Oversee API integrations with partners and manage operational processes including invoicing, reporting, customer service and escalations.
* Identify growth opportunities through pricing, product enhancements, and new partner models
* Further deepen the partnership by working on additional spend stimulation programs and campaigns outside of co‑brand to drive awareness and revenue to hotels
* Stay apprised of critical metrics, competitive landscape, and performance pacing to evaluate areas of risk against our yearly business goals and find opportunities for performance optimization and propose program and marketing initiatives to address those
Team Collaboration
* Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders internally including Marketing, Technology, Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Customer Engagement (CRM), Hilton Honors, to deliver an optimal consumer proposition aligned to the Hilton and Hilton Honors customer promise and Co‑brand contractual requirements.
* Collaborate with technology, security and accounting to set up new Co‑brand partnerships, enabling partner connectivity via API to fulfil product proposition design and commercial requirements across the partnership.
* Lead and develop a high‑performing team, managing 2 direct reports (Co‑brand Analyst and Co‑brand Manager), with responsibility for their coaching, performance, and career development
* Collaborate closely with finance and accounting to support annual modelling & forecasts and report on annual performance, managing the product P&L to deliver new accounts and revenue growth to the business, maintaining a healthy ROI
Ownership
* Manage the strategic relationship with the partner on a day‑to‑day basis ensuring we are meeting performance targets and contractual obligations
* Own end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for co‑brand products and financial partnerships
* Lead forecasting and annual planning cycles, partnering with Finance on budgets, targets, and modelling
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in managing partnerships
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L performance, including forecasting, financial modelling, and driving revenue growth
* Solid technical product management experience, including working with APIs and partner integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
* An understanding of debit & credit card retailing best practices, effective positioning and value proposition building and messaging to engage customers
* Excellent communication, with the ability to clearly and concisely express complex ideas, results, and areas of opportunities (both verbally and written)
* Ability to collaborate with and influence cross‑functional teams and external partners
* Experience gathering, analyzing and utilizing customer data and distilling insights to inform decisions
* Self‑starter with high integrity, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a results‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
* Outside‑the‑box thinker with enthusiasm for developing and testing new ideas
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing a multi‑product Co‑Brand credit card portfolio and P&L.
* Deep understanding of the regional card landscape, bank card economics, regulatory environment and industry norms, value prop development, card acquisition, card member servicing, card member engagement, card member retention, and card member values.
* Previous experience working in partnership at a global organization.
* BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master's Degree.
