The successful candidate will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the residents.
Main duties of the job
As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the home is warm, inviting, and well-maintained for the residents. The role involves working 40 hours per week, with alternate weekends required.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Relevant experience as a Head Housekeeper or in a similar supervisory role within a care setting is required. A strong understanding of infection prevention and control, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team, are essential.
