What You'll Do
Own the process: Take new or updated products from concept to launch, ensuring every step meets quality and safety standards.
Lead trials: Plan, prepare, and coordinate technical trials that meet customer and product requirements.
Be the link: Work closely with operations, engineering, NPD, commercial, and technical teams to make things happen.
Drive improvements: Spot opportunities to enhance processes and implement solutions.
Champion compliance: Ensure raw materials, packaging, and processes meet all food safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
A practical, hands-on problem solver with experience in operations, NPD, or process management.
Food science graduates with placement experience welcome!
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Excellent communicator who can work with people at all levels.
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and food processing requirements.
