As Director of Sales you will lead the sales strategy and execution for
two hotels. You will enjoy sales and be a hands-on seller. You will
motivate and lead your Account Manager and influence the wider sales team in
order to achieve the budgeted revenues along with maximising revenue generation
opportunities from your account portfolio for other RHG hotels.

Home based with primary responsibility for the Radisson and Radisson RED
London Heathrow Airport hotels
You will:
* Work with the General Manager and other
commercial stakeholders to provide strategic input and direction into the
hotels business and revenue plans
* Produce, implement and monitor Commercial action
plans to ensure the Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
* Produce sales reports and forecasts
* Create and implement initiatives that will
deliver increase in TREVPAR (focus on profitable revenue) and food, drink
and meetings revenues (focus on profitable revenue)
* Implement and manage an effective account
management strategy
* Prepare and conduct the annual renegotiation of
customer agreements for account portfolio
* Identify and coordinate pursuit of new sources of
potential business across all B2B segments: Rooms, MICE, Crew and
Leisure Groups
* Participate in weekly revenue meetings with the
hotel teams and RevOps
* Direct all sales activities, along with
conducting monthly performance reviews of team member to ensure targets
and sales objectives are met
* Provide a key interface with Operations and the
Area Office i.e. Marketing and RevOps

You have:
* A proven track record of managing, coaching and
motivating sales professionals
* Recent knowledge and experience of working in the
London Heathrow market
* Considerable experience of working in a large
hotel with extensive exposure to the Corporate and MICE market
* Experience of sales and hotel systems i.e Lanyon,
Cvent, Agency360
