Our client is a specialist UK technology business developing advanced precision systems for international manufacturers. Their UK software team is small, highly capable, and entering a new phase of technical growth.
This is a hands‑on Senior Software Engineer role with genuine architectural influence.

About You
You likely have:
* Experience with structured desktop applications (WPF or similar)
* A testing mindset and experience improving codebases
* Confidence working with complex, multi‑threaded or hardware‑connected systems
Industrial automation experience is helpful but not essential — transferable experience from other complex environments is welcomed.
Location
* Oxford area (site‑based collaboration)
* 2–4 international trips per year
