Located in Manchester, multi award-winning communications partner Incom-CNS Group is seeking a Finance / Admin Assistant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger processing, control and administration
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* File invoices and statements
* Process staff expenses
* Sales Ledger invoice processing and administration
* Processing banking entries onto sage
* Collect timesheet information for payroll payments for employees
Skills / Experience Required:
* Strong team player
* Strong team player
* Awareness of deadlines
* Sage 50 - Desireable
* Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint - Desireable
