We arelooking for energetic, outgoing peopleto join our team as Group Leaders at our Maes y Nant centre. What you will be doing as a Group Leader: Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities. But its more than that, you will: Build confidence in children aged 711 Encourage teamwork and resilience Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real. What you will get: £13.45 per hour( £1,650 - £1,700 per month est based on a 33 hours per week contract ) Pay increases with experience and responsibility Plus: Permanent, year-round contract Free meals on shift Profit-related tax-free bonus House purchase assistance scheme 12 weeks off a year (including August and Christmas) Training & Development No prior instructor experience needed, we will train you.
