Warehouse Stock Controller
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Stock Controller for our client based in Daventry. This role is mainly warehouse‑based, with some office and administrative duties included. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate stock records, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Responsibilities
* Checking stock location accuracy
* Counting stock and ensuring items are stored correctly
* Completing stock investigations and supporting stock management tasks
* Assisting with Returns processes (training provided), involving heavy lifting
* Using MS Office and email systems for stock administration
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally
* Using initiative to resolve issues as they arise
* Working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure issues are logged and resolved quickly
* Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment
* Experience as a stock controller (ESSENTIAL)
* Confident with MS Office and email communication
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
