You’ll work closely with all departments — from admin to operations — giving you real variety, the satisfaction of knowing your work makes a visible impact every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing technical support to staff across all departments (in person and remotely)
* Systems maintenance
* Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
* Set up new users, email accounts, and device access (laptops, phones, VPNs, etc.)
* Network and server support
* Maintaining IT documentation and asset records
* Liaising with external IT vendors and escalate complex issues as needed
* Supporting data backups, antivirus updates, and security policies
