What we do
We are an alternatives investment platform with c.£2 billion of Assets Under Management (AUM).
Our investment advisory mandate for Supermarket Income REIT(“SUPR”) means we are the UK's leading adviser in the grocery real estate sector. SUPR is a FTSE250 company focused on the acquisition of supermarkets to the major supermarket operators on long term leases.
In addition to providing execution and investment services, the asset management activities involve engagement with the leading grocers to develop their sustainability initiatives and reduce carbon emissions.
We also provide investment advisory services to the largest funder of commercial rooftop solar in the UK, Atrato Onsite Energy plc(“ROOF”). ROOF offers a complete renewable energy solution by financing, installing, and maintaining rooftop and ground mounted solar systems.
ROOF was the first company in LSE history to IPO with an all-female board. As part of our focus on ESG, the fund we and the board of ROOF sought to ensure that it was aligned with the Gender Equality UN Sustainable Development Goal, ensuring women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels. These fundamentals are also reflected in the make-up of the Atrato Leadership team which comprises 40% women.
