We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations & Lead Generation Manager to join our high-performing team and power the growth of our luxury yacht brand. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, optimising the marketing funnel, and managing campaign performance. This role combines automation, data analysis, and lead management to maximise ROI and support sales alignment for our luxury yacht brand.
Main purpose of the role:
* Drive strong lead acquisition and engagement through strategic conquesting initiatives and targeted marketing programs.
* Optimise the entire marketing-to-sales funnel, improving lead quality, conversion rates, and alignment with the sales team.
* Implement and manage robust marketing automation and lead scoring models to increase marketing effectiveness.
* Ensure data-driven decision making by managing campaign analytics, reporting, and revenue attribution.
* Maintain a compliant, accurate, and segmented marketing database in line with data privacy regulations.
Responsibilities/ tasks:
* Project manage and execute conquesting campaigns focused on acquiring new prospects and expanding the customer base.
* Build and optimise automated nurture journeys to engage leads at every stage of the funnel including creation of effective email campaigns.
* Develop and implement lead scoring models to qualify prospects based on engagement and likelihood to convert.
* Ensure proper lead segmentation and flow into the CRM, supporting timely and appropriate follow-up by sales.
* Lead the marketing team’s use of CRM systems (Princess Connect/Salesforce), ensuring accurate campaign tracking and seamless data integration.
* Maintain and improve the marketing automation platform (Pardot), including workflow building, testing, and optimisation.
* Integrate new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and campaign delivery.
* Own the marketing database: ensure it is clean, well-segmented, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations (GDPR).
* Regularly audit and update automated journeys and rules to ensure they remain relevant, efficient, and brand-aligned.
* Optimise funnel performance, lead quality, and sales alignment.
* Partner with the Marketing Director to assess campaign impact and inform future marketing strategy and spend.
* Stay up to date with marketing technology trends and best practices, and recommend process improvements and tools to increase marketing efficiency and performance.
KPIs
* Managing the ‘hunting’ strategy and projects to drive new leads
* Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated and accepted by sales through lead management process.
* ROI on conquesting and lead generation campaigns.
* Engagement scores on automated nurture journeys.
* Lead scoring accuracy and sales feedback loop.
* Database health: duplicate rate, bounce rate, compliance rate.
