Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: South London & Surrey
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3–4 live projects across South London and Surrey, including Commercial, Care Homes, Residential and Industrial projects.
This is a senior delivery role requiring strong programme control and solid contractual knowledge to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably.
The Role
* Oversee and manage 3–4 projects simultaneously
* Take responsibility for programme management and progress reporting
* Ensure contractual compliance and manage commercial risks
* Work closely with site teams, clients, and consultants
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
* Support project teams with technical and contractual guidance
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction
* Strong ability to manage programmes and project delivery
* Solid contractual and commercial understanding
* Experience delivering commercial or healthcare projects preferred
* Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
